In 1963, Adrien (father), Armande (mother) and François (eldest son) began growing turfgrass on the family’s land. That first year, they sowed about seven acres.

By 1970, the company had grown so quickly that it had to relocate to Terrebonne, where the family bought about 450 acres of land.

Daniel (youngest son) joined the team in 1975 as a shareholder: he is now the company’s sole owner. During the 1980s and 1990s, several hundred acres of additional land were bought, cleared and developed to meet the steadily growing demand.

Today, our company grows more than 1,200 acres of turfgrass in Terrebonne and Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.
